Changed your mind? That's okay. We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order – even though our rings are made to order. Fill out the form below and we will send you a return label.

3. Package the ring

Place the ring in the original packaging and attach the return label.

4. Drop off at postal agent

Submit the envelope and remember to save the receipt.

5. Quality Control

We inspect the product carefully. The process takes up to 2 weeks.

6. Refunds

Upon approved return, the purchase price will be refunded, less a handling fee.

Return policy

Since our rings are made to order according to your choice of size, metal, and any gemstone, the product is considered custom-made. Although the ordinary right of withdrawal does not apply under the Distance Contracts Act, we have chosen to offer a right of return and exchange – to ensure you feel secure in your purchase.

Return period
10 days from the date you received your order.

Applies to
Plain rings and rings with lab-grown diamonds. Rings with natural diamonds are not included.

Product condition
The product must not have been used and must be returned in absolute new condition.

Packaging
Original packaging and any diamond certificates must be returned in new condition.

Handling fee
2,000 SEK. Since each ring is uniquely made to order, we need to recycle the material, which incurs a handling cost.

Refund
Will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, after an approved return.

Shipping
We will send a return label. Use it for the transit insurance to be valid. Coliené is not responsible for shipments sent in any other way than instructed.

Quality control
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is deemed to have been altered or if the conditions are not met. In such cases, the ring will be sent back to you.

Return FAQs

The right of return applies to plain rings and rings with lab-grown diamonds. Orders with natural diamonds are not covered by the right of return and exchange.

Once we have received your ring, we will carry out a quality control check, which takes up to two weeks. If the return is approved, the amount, minus a handling fee, will be refunded to the same payment method used for your purchase.

Since each ring is uniquely manufactured to order, it cannot be resold in its current condition. We need to recycle the material by melting down the gold and carefully removing any diamonds – hence the handling fee.

If the product does not meet the return conditions – for example, if it shows signs of use or lacks its original packaging – we will send the ring back to you and inform you of the reason via email.

If you prefer to exchange for a different model rather than receiving a refund, you can select this option in the form. We also offer a separate exchange service with a lower handling fee (SEK 1,000).
