A ring should fit perfectly—neither too loose nor too tight. If your ring doesn't fit as it should, we'll help you with a size adjustment. When you purchase a ring from COLIÈNE, one complimentary size adjustment is included within 90 days of your purchase.

Here's how it works

1. Please complete the form below

Enter your order number and desired new size. Unsure about your size? Select "Don't know" and we'll send you a size guide.

2. Await envelope

We will soon be sending you a pre-franked, padded envelope.

3. Submit the ring

Place the ring in the fabric pouch that came with the delivery, put it in the envelope, and drop it off at your nearest postal agent.

4. Get your ring back

We will notify you when the ring is received. Your adjusted ring will be shipped back within 2-3 weeks after we receive your ring.

Tips for the Right Size
Finding the right ring size can be tricky – here are some things to consider:

Your finger changes size: Your finger can vary in size depending on whether you are warm or cold. Try it at different times.

Consider the width: A wider ring (4–8 mm) often requires a slightly larger size than a narrower model (1–3 mm). Good to keep in mind if you're unsure between two sizes.

Knuckles are key: The ring should be able to slide over your knuckles, but not sit too loosely once it's on.

Frequent questions about size changes

Resizing normally takes 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your ring. You will receive an email when we have received your ring.

A size adjustment is included free of charge within 90 days of purchase. We also cover shipping in both directions. The cost of size adjustment varies depending on the model.

Most rings can be resized, but rings with stones or patterns all the way around the band may be limited. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Choose "Don't know - send size gauge" in the form, and we will send a size gauge along with the envelope. You can then measure your size at home before sending in the ring.

The envelope we send is insured during transport. If you use a different envelope, the ring is not insured should anything happen during shipping. Coliené is not responsible for shipments sent in any way other than as instructed.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your ring.
