Would you like to exchange your ring for a different model? Within 10 days of receiving your order, you can use our exchange policy. Fill in the form below and we will guide you through the process.

Here's how it works

1. Fill out the form below

Please provide your order number and describe which ring you would like to exchange it for.

2. We will send a return label

You will receive a return label via email.

3. Package the ring & ship

Place the ring in the original packaging and attach the return label. Send the package to us.

4.Quality Control

We inspect the product carefully. The process takes up to 2 weeks.

5. Confirm your exchange

Upon approved exchange, you will receive a link to confirm your choices for the new ring.

6. Manufacturing

Your new ring will be manufactured and delivered within approximately 2 weeks.

Exchange conditions

Our exchange policy gives you the opportunity to exchange for a different ring if you have changed your mind. Since each ring is uniquely custom-made, the same basic conditions apply as for returns – but with a lower handling fee.

Exchange Period
10 days from the date you received your order.

Applies to
Plain rings and rings with lab-grown diamonds. Rings with natural diamonds are not covered.

Product Condition
The product must be unused and returned in absolute new condition with original packaging and any certificates.

Handling Fee
SEK 1,000. The material from the original ring is recycled, hence the handling cost.

Balance on Exchange
You will receive a balance corresponding to your original purchase amount (excluding the handling fee). This balance is used when you complete your exchange.

Difference in Price
If the new ring is more expensive, the difference will be settled when you confirm your exchange. If it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.

Number of Exchanges
The right to exchange can be used once (1) per order.

Shipping
We will send you a return label via email. Please use it for the transport insurance to be valid. Coliené is not responsible for shipments sent in any other way than as instructed.

Quality Control
Once we have confirmed that the ring meets the conditions for the exchange policy, the manufacturing of the new ring will begin.

How the balance works

Once your exchange has been approved, you will receive a credit equivalent to your original purchase amount, minus the handling fee.
Here's how it works:

• You will receive a personalized link where you confirm the model, size, metal, and other choices for your new ring.

• If there's a price difference – whether it's an increase or decrease – it will be settled when you confirm your selection.

• Once you have confirmed, the production of your new ring will begin. The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.

• The credit is used directly for the exchange and cannot be saved for future purchases.

Swap Request

FAQs about change

An exchange means you swap to a completely different ring model. If you only want to change the size of the same ring, that is a resizing – which is free of charge.

Once we receive your ring, quality control takes up to two weeks. Once the exchange is approved and you have confirmed your choices, the manufacturing of the new ring will take another two weeks.

Yes, you can switch to any model in our range. Any price difference will be settled when you confirm your change.

If the product does not meet the conditions – for example, if it shows signs of use or lacks original packaging – the ring will be sent back to you and we will inform you of the reason via email.

Yes, if you'd prefer a refund, you can make a return instead. Please note that the return handling fee is SEK 2,000, compared to SEK 1,000 for an exchange.
