2. Competition Period
The competition runs from August 9, 2026, to August 16, 2026, at 23:59. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

3. Who Can Participate
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over residing in Sweden. Employees of Coliène and their close relatives are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

• Follow @colienejewels on Instagram or TikTok.
• Like the competition post.
• Write a comment describing the ring you dream of and why.
• Tag three friends in the same comment.

You may submit multiple entries, but each entry must include all the steps above. Only public accounts can participate (we need to be able to verify the entry).

5. Prize
The prize consists of a ring from Coliène's assortment with a maximum value of SEK 10,000 including VAT, and a personal consultation with a Coliène expert, where we will help you choose the ring together. The consultation will take place digitally by arrangement.

The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Any difference in price if the winner chooses a ring exceeding SEK 10,000 will be paid by the winner. If the winner chooses a ring under SEK 10,000, the winner will receive a credit for the equivalent amount, which can be used at another time.

Purchases during the competition period
The prize also applies to purchases made during the competition period. If you purchase a ring from Coliène between August 9, 2026, and August 16, 2026, and are subsequently selected as a winner, the purchase amount up to SEK 10,000 including VAT will be refunded. Amounts exceeding this will not be refunded.

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of the winner confirming their prize, and requires the winner to provide an order number or proof of purchase. Therefore, you do not need to delay your purchase to participate.

Rings refunded as prizes are not covered by the ordinary right of return or right of withdrawal for cash refunds. If the winner has already purchased their ring, the consultation will be offered if desired, or it will be waived.

6. How the Winner is Chosen
This is a prize competition – not a lottery. The winner will be selected by a jury consisting of Coliène employees. The jury will evaluate the comments based on how personal, thoughtful, and well-articulated the motivation is. Chance does not determine the outcome. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.

7. Notification and Awarding of Prize
The winner will be announced on Coliène's Instagram and TikTok no later than August 30, 2026, and will be contacted via DM. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Coliène reserves the right to select a new winner. The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the prize notification.

8. Tax
The value of the prize exceeds the tax-free limit for competition prizes (SEK 1,800 for 2026 according to Chapter 8, Section 4 of the Income Tax Act). The prize is therefore subject to taxation as income from employment. The winner is solely responsible for declaring the prize in their tax return. Coliène will submit control data to the Swedish Tax Agency. The same applies if the prize is awarded in the form of a refund for a purchase made during the competition period as per point 5.

9. Personal Data
By participating, you consent to Coliène processing the personal data provided in connection with the competition (Instagram username and comment content, and in case of a prize, also name, delivery address, and contact details, and in case of a refund as per point 5, also order number and payment details) to administer the competition, contact the winner, and deliver the prize. The legal basis is consent and legitimate interest. Personal data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the competition ends, unless another legal basis requires longer storage (e.g., accounting for awarded prizes).

This competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. By participating, you certify that you comply with Instagram's and TikTok's terms of use and Community Guidelines.

11. Reservations
Coliène reserves the right to disqualify entries that are offensive, abusive, misleading, violate Instagram's rules, or otherwise contravene these terms and conditions. Coliène also reserves the right to change or cancel the competition due to technical problems or other circumstances beyond our control.
