A ring that is all yours

Sometimes the ring you envision isn't available in any collection. Perhaps it's a particular stone you want to build around, a proportion that needs to be just right, or an idea that has evolved over time. At Coliène, you can design your own engagement or wedding ring – starting from a completely new idea or as a variation of a model we already produce.

You work directly with us and our goldsmiths. We listen, suggest, adjust – and when everything feels right, we craft the ring just for you. The same materials, the same craftsmanship, and the same assurance as in our regular collection.

Some examples of what we've done

Every ring we make to order is unique. Here are three examples to give you an idea of what's possible.

Solitaire with a radiant cut diamond

The client wanted to build a ring around a radiant-cut diamond of about 2.00 ct. Together, we designed a setting that highlighted the stone's shape — the result was a quietly striking solitaire in 18k gold.

Solitaire with oval diamond

The client was looking for a setting for a 2.50 ct oval diamond — delicate in expression, yet strong enough to securely hold the stone over time. We sketched proposals, fine-tuned the details together, and ultimately arrived at the client's dream ring.

How it works - in brief

It always starts with a conversation. You tell us what you have in mind – a sketch, an inspiration image, a model from our collection you want to adjust, or just a feeling. We'll take it from there.

We will get back to you with suggestions for metal, stone and proportions, a clear price estimate and a timeline. Once everything feels right, we proceed to manufacturing with our goldsmiths. Engraving and free resizing are included – just like with all our rings.

Choose between 18k, 14k or 9k — in yellow or white gold, all the gold we use is recycled.
